Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of energy program applications, specifically Energex and Greendeal submissions. This role is primarily administrative and process-driven, focused on ensuring applications are accurately prepared, submitted, tracked, and compliant with program requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing multiple structured workflows simultaneously within a remote environment. This position requires a candidate who can take ownership of processes, work independently, and contribute to improving operational efficiency across ongoing energy projects.

Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate Energex and Greendeal application processes end-to-end
- Prepare, review, and submit applications through required online platforms
- Track application progress and maintain accurate status updates
- Ensure all submissions meet compliance, eligibility, and documentation requirements
- Maintain organized digital records and structured project documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, installers, and stakeholders to gather required information
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up on pending approvals or missing documents
- Assist in managing project timelines and workflow tracking
- Update internal trackers and systems using Simpro
- Maintain accurate project records using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Identify opportunities to streamline application and administrative processes
- Support reporting and project progress summaries
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in project coordination, project administration, or operations support
- Experience using Simpro as a project or job management system
- Strong administrative, organizational, and documentation skills
- Experience managing structured or compliance-based workflows
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities independently
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail) and Microsoft Office
- Experience working with Energex, Greendeal, or similar energy platforms (preferred)
- Background in electrical, solar, energy efficiency, or compliance administration (preferred)
