Based in Whitebridge, NSW, our client is a dynamic branding and marketing design consultancy that creates impactful visual identities for diverse clients across Australia. This established design studio has successfully transitioned to a fully remote model and specializes in comprehensive branding solutions. The team values quality design, creative collaboration, and treats every team member as an integral part of their success.

• Tuesday - Thursday, 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM AEST (21 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Design business cards, marketing materials, and promotional graphics with strict attention to brand consistency
• Create logo designs and develop comprehensive branding packages from concept to completion
• Collaborate directly with clients on project requirements, revisions, and creative direction
• Participate in daily team meetings and maintain ongoing communication throughout projects
• Manage multiple design projects of varying scales and complexity simultaneously
• Maintain high quality standards across all design deliverables and brand touchpoints
• Support social media content creation when projects require visual assets
• Work independently while staying connected to team goals and client expectations

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (5+ years strongly preferred)
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding and marketing design work across various project types
• Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication and collaboration
• Reliable internet connection and professional computer setup for remote work
• Availability during Australian business hours with flexibility for daily team meetings
• Bonus: Social media content creation experience
• Helpful: Comfortable with direct client interaction and incorporating feedback

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
