Job Overview
You’ll be the organizational backbone of a mission-driven business that’s making a real difference in children’s lives. As their CRM Specialist, you’ll own the administrative systems that keep 30+ weekly dance sessions running smoothly while supporting aggressive growth plans. Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM system to track leads, bookings, and customer relationships
- Handle email inbox management with professional standard replies and customer communication
- Maintain detailed booking spreadsheets with accurate data entry and session tracking
- Coordinate administrative tasks supporting 30+ weekly dance sessions across multiple venues
- Ensure structured processes and systems support rapid business scaling
- Provide responsive customer service to schools, childcare centers, and early learning facilities
- Support founder with organized data and streamlined administrative workflows
Requirements:
- Proven experience with HubSpot CRM (mandatory)
- Strong Excel skills and spreadsheet management capabilities (mandatory)
- Excellent written communication and email management skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and maintain structured processes
- Bonus if you have experience working with schools, childcare facilities, or educational institutions
