Full Stack Developer

Client Overview

A growing event styling company is expanding their digital capabilities to revolutionize how events and weddings are managed and delivered. They’re building cutting-edge platforms that will transform their industry, combining creative event expertise with modern technology solutions.

Job Overview

You’ll be the technical foundation for an innovative event styling business that’s scaling their digital infrastructure. This is your chance to build from the ground up, working directly with the business owner to create platforms that will power the future of event management. You’ll have full ownership of the technical stack while contributing to a business that creates memorable experiences for clients.

The Project: We are building a highly complex, multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform. This is a heavy-duty operational and transactional engine for enterprise clients. It involves strict data isolation, complex user state management, and secure third-party financial integrations.

You will be our Lead Engineer, working directly with the Founder. You are not just building screens; you are acting as the Systems Architect. You must know how to structure a secure, multi-tenant database and handle third-party webhooks with zero margin for error.

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week); flexible start timing with immediate availability preferred

Client Timezone: Australian Eastern Time

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain full stack web applications on specified platforms
  • Implement secure payment gateway integrations and financial processing systems
  • Build user-facing features and robust backend systems for event management
  • Collaborate directly with the business owner to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Ensure platform security and reliability for sensitive financial data
  • Establish technical architecture and development best practices
  • Optimize applications for performance and scalability
  • Maintain code quality standards and documentation

Requirements:

  • Advanced WeWeb: You must be highly proficient in complex state management, building custom interactive UI components (like drag-and-drop canvases and dynamic tables), and handling massive data payloads without freezing the user's browser (pagination, lazy loading, caching).
  • Advanced Xano: You must have deep experience architecting complex relational PostgreSQL databases, writing custom logic, utilizing background tasks, and securing API endpoints.
  • Multi-Tenant Architecture: Proven experience building strictly isolated database schemas where Client A can never access Client B's data.
  • Financial & Transactional APIs: You must have experience securely integrating payment or ledger APIs (e.g., Stripe, Airwallex, or similar) and handling mission-critical webhooks.

Why Join This Team?:

  • Work directly with the business owner on strategic technical decisions
  • Full remote flexibility with Australian business hours
  • Month-to-month engagement with no long-term contracts
  • Opportunity to build technical infrastructure from the ground up
  • Access to dedicated client success manager for ongoing support

Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
