The client is a real estate professional operating in South Florida specializing in rental and buyer leads. The business manages 8-10 rental leads daily with a focus on timely client communication and appointment scheduling.

Job Overview

This role manages multi-channel client communication for rental property inquiries across CRM, Google Voice, and Facebook platforms. The position requires proactive client engagement, answering property-related questions, and coordinating appointments. The ideal candidate will handle incoming leads efficiently and maintain consistent communication with potential renters.

Schedule:

  • Full-time Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm EST with 1 hour unpaid break

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to client inquiries across multiple channels including Lofty CRM, Google Voice, and Facebook Answer property-related questions regarding availability, pet policies, housing vouchers, HOA requirements, and other rental details

  • Schedule appointments between clients and property viewings based on availability

  • Research and provide accurate answers to client questions about properties

  • Set up and verify follow-up protocols and automated triggers within the CRM system

  • Execute manual communication tasks to maintain personalized client engagement

  • Ensure timely responses to all client communications across all platforms

Must-have Requirements

  • Previous experience in client communication or customer service roles

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Ability to manage multiple communication channels simultaneously

  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic technology platforms

  • Reliable internet connection with backup power supply

Nice-To-Have Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate services or property management

  • Familiarity with Lofty CRM or similar real estate CRM platforms

  • Experience working with Google Voice or similar telecommunication tools

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
