Job Description

You’ll be the driving force behind this cleaning company’s expansion, building their lead generation engine from scratch. Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified leads for cleaning services through strategic outreach and prospecting
  • Set appointments with high-potential prospects ready to discuss their cleaning needs
  • Work directly with the business owner to refine lead generation strategies and processes
  • Maintain consistent communication and reporting on lead generation progress and results
  • Follow established KPIs and performance metrics as defined collaboratively with the client
  • Utilize client-provided CRM systems and lead generation tools effectively
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects interested in professional cleaning services
  • Adapt and optimize outreach approaches based on performance data and feedback

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation, ideally in service-based industries or B2B environments
  • Strong communication and phone skills for effective prospect engagement
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools
  • Availability to work EST timezone hours as specified by the client
  • Bonus if you have experience in the cleaning, home services, or facilities management industries
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with dialer systems and phone-based outreach
  • Bonus if you have experience setting appointments and qualifying prospects
