Schedule

Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Architecture: Build and develop the sales pipeline and structure from zero; create a comprehensive "sales engine" for sustainable B2B and B2C growth.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Drive growth across multiple channels including retail, café, and wholesale; segment and tailor marketing communications to drive foot traffic to brick-and-mortar locations.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute email and SMS marketing strategies (preferably via Klaviyo); plan seasonal campaigns tied to key gifting periods (Q4, Valentine’s, Mother’s Day).
  • B2B Development: Develop the corporate sales arm and identify new B2B growth opportunities.
  • Brand & Messaging: Own brand positioning and ensure messaging consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints.
  • Operational Alignment: Perform sales forecasting and coordinate hand-offs to the Director of Operations to ensure timely execution of orders.
  • Performance Tracking: Hold the company accountable for sales metrics; provide regular growth reporting and data-driven insights to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building sales pipelines and structures from scratch in an entrepreneurial or startup environment.
  • Deep experience with email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo experience is highly preferred).
  • Background in omnichannel growth strategies that successfully connect online marketing to offline sales.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational execution capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales channels simultaneously.
  • Excellent English communication skills for brand messaging and B2B outreach.

Qualifications

  • Experience with POS systems, ideally Square (Preferred).
  • Previous experience in the food, retail, or hospitality industries (Highly Regarded).
  • Corporate/B2B sales development experience (Nice to Have).
