Job Overview
This is a part-time remote position requiring 20 hours per week to support backend administrative operations. Content and direction will be provided by the client, requiring execution rather than strategy development.
Client Overview
The client operates in the mold removal and water damage restoration industry, serving both residential and commercial properties. They provide mold testing, mold removal, and flood damage restoration services to clients experiencing water-related issues.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and general office support
- Post pre-approved content to social media platforms as directed by the client
- Manage and maintain social media accounts with provided materials
- Complete basic research tasks as assigned
- Handle administrative reporting requirements
Requirements
Must-Have
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Experience posting content to social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have
- Basic familiarity with SEO concepts or website content management
- Understanding of water damage, mold remediation, or related industries

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
