Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and well-organized insurance demand packages, including summaries of liability, medical treatment, damages, and supporting documentation
• Review medical records, bills, and case files to accurately compile information for demand letters
• Draft persuasive demand letters tailored to each case
• Coordinate with attorneys to finalize and submit demand packages to insurance carriers
• Track demand deadlines and follow up with insurance adjusters as needed
• Maintain and update case information in the firm’s legal case management system
• Organize and manage electronic case files to ensure all documentation is accurate and complete
• Assist with general case management tasks, including client communication and record requests
• Support attorneys with additional administrative and legal tasks as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience working with a U.S.-based personal injury law firm preferred
• Experience drafting insurance demand packages strongly preferred
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to draft clear, persuasive documents
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• Proficiency with legal case management software and standard office tools
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
