Job Description:
You’ll be the vital link between prospects and this thriving fitness business, taking ownership of lead nurturing and customer relationships that drive real results. This role puts you at the center of a business that’s experiencing rapid growth, where your efforts directly translate to helping people transform their lives through fitness and coaching. You’ll have the autonomy to manage multiple communication channels while supporting both gym membership sales and high-ticket coaching programs.

Training Schedule: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Central Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central Time (4 hours per day, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
● Manage and nurture leads through strategic follow-up via phone calls, text messages, and emails
● Fill automation gaps with personalized outreach that converts prospects into members
● Handle customer service inquiries and member support remotely
● Execute 8-12 week member onboarding programs with weekly touchpoints to maximize retention
● Follow up with delinquent accounts through systematic automated and manual processes
● Manage email communications and correspondence for the fitness facility
● Conduct targeted upselling and cross-selling for fitness services and coaching programs
● Perform administrative tasks that keep daily operations running smoothly
● Monitor and maintain existing automation systems once established
● Generate leads through cold outreach and relationship-building activities

Requirements:
● Go High Level experience is a must
● Proven sales experience with demonstrated ability to upsell and cross-sell services
● Strong communication skills across phone, email, and text interactions
● Experience with lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM systems
● Customer service background with ability to build rapport quickly
● Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks independently
● Comfortable with technology and automation tools
● Bonus if you have experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching industries

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
