Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Generation & Email Marketing Specialist to drive a global outreach mission. This role is focused on researching educational institutions and executing targeted email campaigns to promote youth violence prevention resources. You will be responsible for the full top-of-funnel lifecycle: from identifying the right school administrators to qualifying interest and scheduling appointments for the founder. The ideal candidate is a meticulous researcher and a professional communicator who can handle both prospecting and initial phone follow-ups independently.

Our client is an author and entrepreneur launching a high-impact youth violence prevention book. Targeting schools, educators, parents, and law enforcement, the organization is in a rapid startup phase. Their mission is global, with immediate scaling efforts focused on the United States, United Kingdom, and international markets. You will be part of a purpose-driven initiative aimed at making a real difference in the lives of teenagers aged 12–17.

Responsibilities
- Global Prospecting: Research and compile contact information for secondary schools (ages 12–17) across the US, UK, and international regions, segmented by state and territory.
- Email Outreach: Execute marketing campaigns using pre-written templates to engage school administrators and educators.
- Lead Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of outbound volume, responses, and engagement metrics within the CRM.
- Engagement & Qualification: Conduct follow-up phone calls with respondents to qualify their level of interest and provide initial information about the resources.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule presentations in the client’s calendar for prospects ready for a deeper sales discussion.
- Reporting: Provide consistent updates on outreach performance, ensuring data-driven insights are shared with the founder.
- Quality Control: Maintain impeccable standards of grammar, punctuation, and professional tone in all correspondence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in lead generation and email marketing with a track record of high-accuracy research.
- Exceptional English skills: Impeccable written and verbal grammar/punctuation is a non-negotiable requirement for this educational audience.
- Proficiency with modern research tools, CRM systems, and scheduling software (e.g., Calendly, Google Calendar).
- Ability to work independently while remaining highly organized and responsive.
- Strong persistence for conducting follow-up phone calls to warm leads.
Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish to support outreach to Spanish-speaking communities (Highly Regarded).
- Background in appointment setting or sales within the educational or non-profit sectors (Preferred).
- Familiarity with international school structures and educational procurement processes (Nice to Have).
