These are separate businesses with different clients, different value propositions, and different workflows. You'll need to context-switch comfortably between operational coordination and strategic sales outreach.

Schedule:
- Flexible schedule (daytime, GMT)
- Could be 3 days a week

Part 1: Shoot Coordination (Stock Footage)
What You’ll Do:
- Identify and reach out to potential collaborators across diverse sectors: yoga studios, cafes, labs, data centres, manufacturing facilities, creative spaces, and small businesses of all kinds
- Coordinate collaborative shoots where businesses receive free cinematic footage of their operations in exchange for our licensing non-brand-specific clips via Filmsupply
- Manage shoot logistics: pre-shoot visits, talent coordination, consent forms/releases, scheduling around business operations
- Serve as the main point of contact for collaborators from the first email through to footage delivery.
The Collaboration Model (What You're Offering)
- We offer businesses free, professional footage of their space, people, and operations. They get all core footage for unlimited use (website, social media, marketing, etc.). We license selected non-brand-specific clips separately via Filmsupply, a platform used by filmmakers and brands worldwide.
- It's a genuine win-win: businesses get content they couldn't otherwise afford, and we build a diverse stock footage library. Your job is to communicate this clearly and make shoots happen smoothly.

- Identify and research decision-makers at larger US/UK businesses who could benefit from high-quality brand films, campaigns, and commercial content
- Conduct meaningful research on each candidate
- Write bespoke first emails using Sam McKena's approach
that demonstrate you understand their business and challenges, then trigger automated follow-up sequences using Apollo - Manage outreach pipelines and nurture leads through the sales funnel
- Maintain a professional, conversational tone throughout, human and direct, never salesy or generic
