Job Overview
Our client is looking for a HubSpot Administrator to focus on setting up and managing HubSpot automation to improve lead generation and customer outreach effectiveness. The administrator will work on establishing automated marketing workflows, email sequences, and CRM management to support sales and marketing operations. This is a part-time position starting at 20 hours per week with the potential to adjust based on business needs and project scope.

Responsibilities
- Set up and configure marketing automation workflows within HubSpot CRM to enable consistent customer outreach and follow-up sequences.
- Manage contact lists and ensure proper segmentation by customer personas to deliver targeted marketing content to appropriate audiences.
- Create and maintain automated email campaigns, including multi-touch follow-up sequences, to nurture leads and improve response rates.
- Maintain CRM data quality by loading contacts, updating customer information, and ensuring accurate categorization across the database.
- Provide ongoing HubSpot administration support, including troubleshooting, optimization recommendations, and system maintenance as automation needs evolve.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a HubSpot Administrator with demonstrated expertise in building and managing marketing automation workflows and email sequences.
- Strong technical proficiency in CRM management, including contact segmentation, list building, and data organization best practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take initiative in identifying automation opportunities and implementing solutions effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting sales operations, including appointment coordination and sales enablement activities.
- Background working with businesses that utilize customer persona-based marketing strategies.
