You’ll be the vital connection between potential clients and life-changing insurance coverage. Our client is looking for a professional who can bridge the gap between initial interest and a formal quote. This isn't cold calling; it’s about providing timely assistance to warm leads while building your communication skills in a supportive, results-driven environment.

Client Overview

Join an established insurance agency committed to operational excellence and client satisfaction. They utilize advanced lead management systems to ensure their team spends more time talking to interested people and less time dialing manually. The agency values clear communication and reliable data collection, providing the tools and warm leads necessary for you to reach your targets consistently.

Schedule

  • Tuesday – Saturday (20 work hours per week) 4 hours per day: Either 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM PST or late afternoon/early evening (TBD based on optimal calling times).

Responsibilities

  • Outbound Outreach: Make outbound calls to warm insurance leads using the advanced Ricochet click-to-dial system.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule insurance quotes and appointments for interested prospects, ensuring a seamless hand-off to the sales team.
  • Efficient Dialing: Maintain a high volume of dials per session using automated technology to maximize contact rates.
  • Information Gathering: Collect and verify complete contact information and specific prospect requirements; take detailed, accurate notes during every conversation.
  • Coordination: Confirm appointment details and relay insights to the team via email or internal apps.
  • Voicemail Management: Leave professional, standardized voicemails using the automated system when prospects are unavailable.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently achieve a minimum target of 10–12 scheduled appointments per week.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence.
  • Strong command of the English language with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service (Preferred).
  • High attention to detail for accurate note-taking and CRM data entry.
  • Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly master new software (Ricochet, CRM).
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, quiet home office setup.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience with CRM systems or lead management platforms (Highly Regarded).
  • Previous experience with similar roles (appointment setter, cold caller)
  • Ability to stay motivated and disciplined in a fast-paced, goal-oriented remote environment.
