Job Description

You’ll work behind the scenes as part of a sophisticated “human-in-the-loop” system, stepping in when AI determines that human judgment and execution are needed. This isn’t traditional virtual assistance—you’re collaborating with advanced AI systems that intelligently route tasks to you based on complexity and requirements. You’ll help clients accomplish everything from complex bookings to administrative tasks while being part of a cutting-edge technology platform that’s reshaping how people get things done.

Schedule

  • Shifts to be agreed upon based on Mon-Sun, 8am-10pm GMT UK Time (London); 20h per week

Responsibilities:

  • Process tasks routed from AI system that require human execution and judgment
  • Handle online purchases and transactions with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Complete form filling and applications, including complex documents like visa applications
  • Make restaurant reservations and booking arrangements via online platforms and phone calls
  • Book flights and travel arrangements using both digital tools and direct vendor communication
  • Execute various administrative tasks as assigned by the AI workflow system
  • Maintain seamless handoffs between AI and human processes
  • Work within integrated AI-human workflow systems to ensure optimal task completion

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills for both written correspondence and phone interactions
  • Experience with virtual assistant, administrative support, or customer service roles
  • Comfortable making phone calls to vendors, restaurants, and service providers
  • Proficient with online booking platforms, e-commerce sites, and form completion
  • Detail-oriented approach to data entry and task accuracy
  • Adaptable and flexible to handle diverse task types throughout the day
  • Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
  • Available to work UK morning hours with consistent schedule adherence
