Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (US Pacific Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to truckers and small fleet owners (1-2 trucks)
- Deliver initial sales pitch and answer client questions and objections
- Input detailed notes and call information into the CRM system
- Collect information from prospects to qualify their insurance needs
- Schedule and set up follow-up calls for the sales team to close
- Handle light data input into insurance portals as needed
- Follow established sales scripts and processes
- Maintain high call volume to maximize appointment-setting opportunities
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience specifically in the insurance industry
- Strong communication skills for phone-based sales
- Experience with CRM systems and data entry
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport with truckers
- Comfortable with high-volume calling (100+ calls to get first appointment)
- Available to work either full-time (40 hours)
- Ability to work Pacific time zone hours
