This growing online education company operates multiple revenue streams, including one-on-one consulting, high-ticket coaching programs, and a thriving Kajabi membership platform that’s in active expansion mode. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Eastern Time (25 hours per week) Opportunity to scale to full-time as the company expands.

Responsibilities

Membership & Community Management

  • Platform Oversight: Monitor and manage community engagement within the Kajabi membership platform forum, ensuring a positive environment.
  • Onboarding: Handle administrative aspects of member onboarding to ensure every new subscriber has a seamless start.
  • Communication: Coordinate member communications by sending Zoom links, meeting details, and timely updates for live sessions.

Kajabi Operations

  • Funnel Execution: Execute setup tasks within Kajabi using pre-built funnels and established systems.
  • Content Delivery: Support the delivery of online courses and membership content to a rapidly growing subscriber base.
  • Technical Maintenance: Update and maintain email lists to ensure accurate segmentation and communication.

General Business Support

  • Email Marketing: Assist with the administrative execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Operational Flow: Support general business operations related to the online education platform to ensure the "backstage" runs as smoothly as the "front of house."

Requirements

  • Platform Experience: Proven experience with Kajabi or similar membership/course management systems (e.g., Teachable, Thinkific, or Kartra).
  • Communication: Exceptional written English skills for professional and empathetic member interactions.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with email marketing tools and digital communication platforms (Zoom, Slack, etc.).
  • Organizational Mastery: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple administrative threads independently.
  • Reliability: A commitment to working a consistent Eastern Time schedule.

Qualifications

  • Experience with online business operations or digital course delivery (Highly Regarded).
  • Background in community management for high-growth social media brands (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with the astrology, wellness, or coaching industries (Nice to Have).
