Position Overview
We are seeking a strong mid level Digital Marketing and Growth Manager to work directly with the Brand Chief Marketing Officer and broader marketing team. This role is responsible for helping oversee and optimize day to day performance marketing initiatives, reporting, and cross channel coordination, while executing against strategy set by leadership.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical marketing expertise with operational speed, attention to detail, and the ability to translate high level direction into structured execution plans.
This person will be hands-on and data fluent, while collaborating closely with creative, leadership, operations, and any external partners who support campaign execution and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing
• Campaign execution and optimization across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads in collaboration with the CMO and creative partners
• Monitor daily performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, MER, and blended efficiency
• Conduct creative and audience testing to drive scalable growth
• Identify scaling opportunities and efficiency improvements
Email and SMS Marketing
• Be involved in and support the optimization of Klaviyo email marketing including flows, segmentation, campaign strategy, and reporting
• Be involved in and support Postscript SMS marketing including flows, compliance, segmentation, and campaign execution
• Develop lifecycle strategies to increase retention, repeat purchase rate, and average order value
• Collaborate on promotional calendars and product launches
Reporting and Analytics
• Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
• Pull data across all marketing platforms and consolidate into clear dashboards
• Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Use AI tools to assist with reporting automation, forecasting, and insight generation
• Identify attribution discrepancies and recommend solutions
AI and Operational Efficiency
• Use AI tools to generate reports, creative briefs, testing concepts, ad copy variations, and marketing insights
• Implement AI driven workflows to increase speed and accuracy
• Stay current on emerging AI tools relevant to digital marketing
Project Management and Collaboration
• Utilize ClickUp to help coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain fast response times and high execution speed
• Collaborate closely with internal creative, operations, and leadership teams
• Work alongside external partners or contractors when applicable
• Ensure marketing campaigns align with inventory, fulfillment, and brand positioning
Team Structure and Support
This role reports directly to the Brand Chief Marketing Officer and operates within a collaborative marketing environment. The Growth Manager will have strategic direction from leadership, creative support for asset production, and operational alignment across inventory and fulfillment. The role is execution focused but not isolated, and success comes from strong collaboration and communication across the organization.
Creative and Conversion Optimization
• Collaborate on ad concepts, messaging angles, and performance driven creative iterations
• Provide clear performance feedback to improve creative output
• Support landing page optimization and conversion rate improvements
Qualifications
• 3 to 6 years of experience in digital performance marketing
• Demonstrated experience working within and optimizing paid media channels with measurable results
• Hands on expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Amazon advertising
• Strong experience with Klaviyo and Postscript
• Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into action
• Experience owning weekly reporting and presenting findings to leadership
• High proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation
• Experience working inside ClickUp or similar project management platforms
• Strong understanding of ecommerce metrics and attribution models
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate productivity and improve workflows
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in luxury, premium, or ecommerce brands preferred
