Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and professional Bilingual Lead Follow-Up Specialist to manage inbound/outbound communication and appointment scheduling. This role is critical in ensuring that every potential lead and existing client receives timely, professional, and structured follow-up. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in converting interest into scheduled appointments and maintaining the brand's professional voice.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Orlando, FL Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Call Management: Act as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to prospects and existing clients.
  • Lead Engagement: Follow up with "hot leads" and individuals who have previously contacted the office to convert interest into scheduled appointments.
  • Structured Communication: Utilize company-provided scripts and prepared messaging templates to ensure consistency across email, text, and phone calls.
  • Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments for the office team, ensuring no overlaps and efficient time management.
  • CRM Maintenance: Update lead status and notes within the internal system to ensure the team has real-time visibility on prospect interactions.

Requirements

  • Language: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using VoIP software, messaging platforms, and CRM tools.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of following structured workflows and scripts.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support, sales assistance, or appointment setting is highly preferred.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
