Job Description
This is your opportunity to be part of something from the beginning. You’ll own the lead generation engine for a specialized accounting firm, helping connect with high-net-worth prospects while supporting critical business operations. As the company grows, so does your role – what starts as part-time support has clear potential to become a full-time position with expanded responsibilities. Schedule
- 4 hours daily Monday-Friday with potential to scale to full-time as business grows; Eastern Time (Miami, Florida); 20 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Conduct B2B outbound prospecting and lead generation campaigns targeting real estate, franchise, and healthcare sectors
- Make calls to high-net-worth prospects and schedule appointments with decision makers
- Manage CRM system with detailed lead tracking, call notes, and pipeline updates
- Execute social media management across Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram platforms
- Support client onboarding processes including engagement letter preparation and documentation
- Organize business systems using Google Docs and other productivity platforms
- Handle incoming lead inquiries and manage response workflows
- Assist with administrative tasks that support business growth and organization
- Support Facebook and Instagram advertising campaign management
- Maintain organized filing systems and document management processes
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal) – you’ll be speaking with high-net-worth individuals
- Proven experience with B2B lead generation and outbound prospecting
- CRM experience with ability to maintain detailed records and pipeline management
- Social media management experience across multiple platforms
- Self-motivated and dependable – you’ll work independently without micromanagement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience making outbound calls and appointment setting
- Comfortable with phone systems (RingCentral experience a plus)
- Bonus if you’re bilingual (Spanish/English) – opens additional opportunities
- It helps if you have experience in professional services or working with high-value clients
