Our client is looking for an Email Marketing Assistant to lead business outreach efforts to onboard 100 additional partner businesses by the end of March. This role focuses on email marketing campaigns and social media follow-ups to secure discount partnerships with beauty and wellness businesses across Melbourne. The position requires someone who can work independently to generate results through consistent outreach and relationship-building with potential business partners.

The client operates a membership-based self-care platform in Australia focused on connecting members with businesses across beauty and wellness services. The platform offers discount programs to members and partners with over 100 businesses to provide exclusive perks and benefits.

  • Monday - Friday, 20 work hours per week [AEST]

Responsibilities

  • Conduct email marketing campaigns to onboard approximately 100 new business partners within the target timeframe.
  • Follow up with businesses via email and Instagram to introduce the membership platform and secure discount partnership agreements.
  • Utilize MailChimp to create and manage email campaigns targeted at prospective business partners.
  • Track outreach activities and maintain records of business responses and partnership status.
  • Communicate partnership benefits and program details to prospective businesses effectively.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or email marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MailChimp for email campaign management.
  • Proven ability to conduct business outreach and secure partnerships or commitments through digital communication.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Shopify platforms.
  • Familiarity with Instagram business outreach and social media marketing.
