Job Description
You’ll drive qualified lead generation for a growing financial planning practice through strategic Facebook marketing campaigns. This role combines creative content development with data-driven advertising to connect people with life-changing retirement and insurance planning services. You’ll build end-to-end lead generation funnels from campaign creation to appointment booking integration, with the flexibility to work independently while seeing direct results from your efforts.

Responsibilities
- Create and manage Facebook advertising campaigns optimized for lead generation in financial services
- Develop organic social media content and posting strategies to build audience engagement
- Set up and optimize lead capture forms with integrated calendar booking functionality
- Design conversion-focused lead generation funnels that encourage direct appointment scheduling
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and cost-effectiveness
- Integrate marketing efforts with Go High Level CRM system
- Collaborate with appointment setter to ensure smooth lead handoff process
Requirements
- Proven experience creating and managing Facebook advertising campaigns with measurable results
- Strong understanding of lead generation best practices and conversion optimization
- Experience with lead form creation and calendar integration systems
- Ability to work independently with flexible scheduling and clear deliverables
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Go High Level
- Bonus if you have experience marketing financial services, insurance, or professional services
