Our client is looking for a financial backbone to keep their growing telecom company organized and efficient. Working with modern tools like Zoho Books and AI-powered receipt management systems, you’ll take the administrative burden off the CEO and help streamline day-to-day financial operations. Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST (25 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile Float corporate credit card transactions on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Process and categorize receipts from Wallybox AI system into Zoho Books with proper expense categorization.
  • Monitor subscription renewals and identify expired accounts, coordinating with internal team for customer outreach.
  • Reconcile bank feeds with Zoho Books to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Review receipt uploads and request clarification from management when categorization is unclear.
  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks to free up leadership time for business development.
  • Communicate via WhatsApp for quick questions and real-time updates.
  • Manage subscription-based billing oversight and coordinate backdated payment arrangements.

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Billing (Must).
  • Understanding of Canadian business expense categories and tax implications.
  • Experience with cloud-based receipt management systems and OCR technology.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based business models and recurring billing (Must).
  • Excellent attention to detail for transaction categorization.
  • Comfortable with WhatsApp communication and real-time collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Float corporate credit card systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered financial tools and automation is an advantage.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
