You’ll be the crucial first voice prospects hear when they’re ready to take control of their financial future. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll work with warm leads already interested in retirement and insurance planning services. Your conversations will help qualified prospects take the next step toward financial security while you earn performance bonuses on top of your base salary. Client Overview:
Growing financial planning practice specializing in insurance and retirement planning services. The business is scaling rapidly and needs reliable support to convert qualified leads into scheduled consultations. Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 2:00 to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:
- Book qualified appointments through phone outreach with warm leads from Facebook campaigns
- Handle inbound conversations with prospects who have already expressed interest in financial planning services
- Follow up with leads to convert initial interest into scheduled consultations
- Maintain appointment scheduling systems and coordinate with the client’s calendar
- Build rapport quickly and guide prospects through the booking process
- Track appointment conversion rates and optimize approach based on results
- Communicate directly with the business owner on lead quality and scheduling preferences
Requirements:
- Minimal or neutral accent for clear communication with US-based prospects (this is essential for client success)
- Life insurance or retirement planning experience is a must.
- Strong conversational skills and a natural ability to build trust over the phone
- Experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or phone-based sales roles
- Comfortable working afternoon hours in the Eastern Time zone
- Motivated by performance-based compensation and bonus opportunities
