The client operates a boutique real estate brokerage specializing in both residential and commercial properties with a white glove approach to client service. The brokerage currently has three agents and is strategically growing to eight team members while maintaining a customer-focused, personalized service model.
JOB OVERVIEW
This is a part-time Virtual Assistant role supporting daily operations for a growing real estate brokerage. The position requires managing lead follow-up, client communications, and CRM administration to help maximize business opportunities. The role offers potential to grow into a full-time position based on business needs and performance.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM CST (20 hours per week, flexible scheduling available)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and respond to incoming leads through the CRM system using branded company email.

Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate agents and conduct follow-up calls with prospective clients.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for brokerage team members.

Process real estate paperwork and assist with administrative documentation.

Monitor and update the CRM system to track lead engagement and client communications.

Provide general administrative support including email correspondence and basic client inquiries.

Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for improving lead conversion and operational efficiency.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in administrative support roles.

Experience working with CRM systems and ability to learn new platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional client interaction.
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Background or familiarity with real estate industry operations.

Experience with VoIP phone systems and call routing.

Availability to work during Central Standard Time business hours with schedule flexibility.
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
