Our client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own the complete marketing function for a growing finance company during a pivotal rebrand phase. This is your opportunity to build marketing systems from the ground up, create consistent brand messaging, and directly impact business growth. You’ll work closely with leadership to transform existing content assets and develop new campaigns that drive results across multiple digital channels.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn platforms.
  • Execute targeted outbound email marketing campaigns using an extensive contact database.
  • Create engaging marketing content and coordinate the approval process with leadership.
  • Distribute monthly newsletters and company updates to segmented contact lists.
  • Leverage existing video content and other assets to maximize marketing impact.
  • Segment customer data and contact lists for personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging throughout the company rebrand process.
  • Post and verify content across all marketing channels for quality and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar for consistent content distribution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with social media marketing and content creation across major platforms
  • Strong background in email marketing campaign management and automation
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, bonus if you have Salesforce experience
  • Excellent written communication skills for creating compelling marketing content
  • Experience with contact list segmentation and targeted marketing strategies
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining regular communication with leadership
  • Understanding of brand consistency principles and marketing best practices
  • Experience supporting company rebrands or business transitions is a plus
