Your Role: Appointment Setter / Lead Qualification Specialist
Schedule:
- Tuesday- Saturday from 1pm -6pm 30 hrs a week CST

Responsibilities:
- Follow up on incoming leads from Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns
- Make outbound calls to prospects who have submitted their information through lead forms
- Schedule appointments for medical spa services and treatments
- Answer questions about services, pricing, and procedures
- Qualify leads and assess client needs and interests
- Maintain professional communication that reflects the medical spa’s brand standards
- Engage prospects using a “speed to lead” approach during business hours
- Handle objections and guide prospects toward booking appointments
- Follow up with previous clients for re-engagement and retention
- Provide customer service support during slower periods
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or sales roles
- Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and maintain confidence during sales conversations
- Experience with CRM systems (Go High Level experience preferred)
- Comfortable with high call volume and fast-paced environment
- Sales-driven mindset with ability to assume the sale approach
- Professional demeanor suitable for medical/healthcare industry
- Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
