Job Description
You’ll be the revenue engine for two thriving wellness businesses, converting interested prospects into loyal customers while helping people discover life-changing wellness services. This role combines warm lead follow-up with fresh prospect conversion, giving you multiple pathways to success. You’ll work with established marketing funnels generating consistent daily leads while tackling a valuable backlog of previous prospects who showed interest but haven’t yet purchased.

- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Handle 5-10 fresh leads daily from multiple marketing channels (LinkedIn, Reddit ads, Google, Facebook, Instagram)
- Follow up on aged leads database of 2,000+ prospects who previously showed interest but haven’t purchased
- Make outbound phone calls to prospects to convert them into paying customers
- Send follow-up emails and respond to prospect inquiries via email
- Sell intro offers and packages to get new customers into the wellness studio and gym
- Learn and understand all wellness modalities including hot/cold plunges, saunas, red light therapy, compression therapy, and PEMF therapy
- Use CRM software to track leads, manage follow-ups, and record sales activities
- Work across both the wellness studio and gym businesses using the same systems and processes
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills for phone and email sales
- Experience with CRM software and sales tools
- Ability to learn complex wellness and fitness concepts quickly
- Phone sales experience and comfort with outbound calling
- Self-motivated and performance-driven mindset
- Commitment to long-term employment (not seeking short-term opportunities)
- Bonus if you’re Spanish/English bilingual, especially Colombian candidates
- It helps if you have experience in wellness, fitness, or health-related industries
