JOB OVERVIEW This is a hybrid customer service and receptionist role focused on managing inbound calls and administrative support. The position requires handling front-line customer interactions, call routing, and back-office operational tasks. The successful candidate will work closely with the technical support team to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient operations.
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST with one hour of unpaid break Client Timezone: Eastern Standard Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer inbound customer service calls and provide professional front-line support to callers.

Route calls appropriately to the technical support team and relevant departments.

Perform basic CRM updates and maintain accurate customer records in the system.

Handle billing updates and data entry tasks as needed.

Provide general administrative support to various departments as required.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Excellent verbal communication skills clear articulation for customer-facing interactions.

Prior experience in customer service or receptionist roles with US-based clients.

Proficiency with CRM systems and basic billing software.
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
