Job Description:

You’ll play a crucial role in supporting a dedicated events team where your organizational skills will directly contribute to the success of multiple events and projects. Schedule:

  • Flexible schedule between Tuesday and Saturday (20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendar entries and coordinate bookings across multiple events and projects
  • Communicate with suppliers and vendors to coordinate event logistics and requirements
  • Collaborate with internal team members to support various administrative needs across the company
  • Handle multitasking across different events with varying requirements and timelines
  • Maintain organized systems and processes to track multiple moving parts for each event
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and learn new processes as the business evolves
  • Support the team by taking on various administrative tasks to help reduce the overall workload
  • Coordinate between suppliers, venues, and internal teams throughout event planning processes

Requirements:

  • French Bilingual (french and english speakers) 
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Slack, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with QuickBooks for basic financial administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Quick learner who can adapt to new processes and changing priorities
  • Excellent communication skills for working with suppliers and internal team members
  • Bonus if you’re familiar with Google Gemini
  • It helps if you’re bilingual in French and English
