Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join a growing real estate company based in Minnesota. You will handle approximately 50% of the current administrative workload, including general office management, database maintenance, and basic financial tasks. As a fully integrated team member, you will have access to company systems, including email, database platforms, and QuickBooks for invoicing support.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Operational Support: Perform general administrative and operational tasks to support daily business functions and maintain efficiency.
  • Financial Administration: Manage invoicing and financial documentation using QuickBooks Online (with view-only or limited access).
  • Database Management: Handle data entry and maintain accurate records within company-specific database systems.
  • Communication Management: Support email correspondence on behalf of the team and manage professional communications.
  • Document Preparation: Assist with organizing and preparing documents using shared platforms such as Google Docs and Excel.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online for invoicing and basic financial record management.
  • Strong English communication skills with professional written and verbal articulation.
  • Experience with database management systems and a high level of comfort with new technology platforms.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting real estate companies or property management firms (Highly Regarded).
  • Background working with C-level executives or in an executive assistant capacity (Preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and client-facing administrative support (Preferred).

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
