Job Description
You’ll be the vital first connection between potential clients and essential tax services, converting warm leads into scheduled appointments during the industry’s busiest and most rewarding season. Your bilingual skills will be essential in serving a diverse client base, and you’ll play a crucial role in helping people access the tax preparation services they need. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that has mastered lead generation and needs your expertise to maximize conversion during their peak revenue period.
Schedule: 48 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 10 am-7 pm, with 1 hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (Florida)

Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads daily, generated from digital marketing campaigns
- Conduct outbound calls to convert leads into scheduled tax preparation appointments
- Follow up systematically on incoming leads from Google, Facebook, and Instagram advertising
- Schedule consultations and coordinate appointment logistics with the tax preparation team
- Maintain accurate records of contact attempts, outcomes, and lead progression
- Provide bilingual customer service to Spanish and English-speaking prospects
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth client handoffs
- Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting targets during peak tax season
Requirements
- Fluent bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (required for client base)
- Previous experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or phone-based sales
- Strong communication skills and comfortable with high-volume calling
- Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
- Availability to work during US Eastern business hours
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in remote environment
- Bonus if you have experience with CRM systems or phone dialer software
- It helps if you have experience in tax services, financial services, or seasonal businesses
