Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in connecting qualified prospects with life-changing financial education and protection strategies. Working with pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in financial services, you’ll be the bridge between prospects and comprehensive financial solutions. Your work will directly impact families’ ability to access the financial protection and wealth-building strategies they need, making this both a rewarding and meaningful position. You’ll operate during optimal calling hours when prospects are settled and receptive to professional conversations.
Schedule: 4 hours daily, Monday through Friday; optimal calling hours mid-morning onwards (10-11 AM+) Full-time: 8 hours daily, Monday through Friday; optimal calling hours mid-morning onwards (10-11 AM+)

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to pre-qualified leads who have expressed interest in financial protection services

Convert leads into scheduled appointments for financial education consultations

Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and secure appointments

Maintain professional, friendly, and warm communication with all prospects

Handle initial objections and concerns to move prospects toward scheduling

Provide basic information about the licensed financial educator’s background and expertise

Work during optimal calling hours when prospects are most receptive

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with professional presence

Experience in appointment setting or lead conversion
