Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining organized financial records and vendor documentation for a company that’s transforming how transportation data gets processed. Responsibilities
- Log into client vendor portals using secure credentials to access transportation billing data and statements
- Download and organize bills, statements, and documents based on established checklists and procedures
- Upload organized files to designated Google Drive folders with proper categorization by provider
- Conduct thorough audits by comparing newly downloaded documents against existing files to identify gaps
- Monitor email channels for incoming vendor bills and statements, processing attachments efficiently
- Flag missing documents and ensure complete documentation collection across all vendor accounts
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation follows proper organizational standards
- Collaborate with team members during overlapping work hours to ensure workflow continuity
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in English for clear communication and documentation
- Experience with administrative tasks and systematic file organization
- Comfortable navigating multiple software platforms and web-based portals
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and standard operating procedures consistently
- Willingness to complete SOC2 compliance training and maintain security protocols
- Bonus if you have experience with Google Drive, Slack, or Asana
- It helps if you’re familiar with transportation or logistics industry documentation
