Client Overview:
A Brisbane-based property management company operates with a small, two-person team managing a portfolio of 220 properties. The business is experiencing significant growth, with several new management contracts expected in the coming months, driving an increased need for administrative support. Despite the small team size, the company maintains operational efficiency, staying largely up to date with routine tasks and only managing a minor backlog of lease renewals. The company provides standard property management services, including lease renewals, rent increases, lease agreement preparation, tenant notices, rent arrears management, and entry condition report finalization.
Scope:
- Potential to expand to full-time as business grows and workload increases
- Remote work arrangement with flexible hours within the Brisbane business timezone
- Supporting a portfolio of approximately 220 properties with expansion planned
- Direct collaboration with a two-person property management team
- Immediate start required with ASAP availability preferred
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:
- Process lease renewals and rent increases for the property portfolio
- Prepare and send out lease agreements to tenants
- Distribute notices to tenants from the body corporate and other relevant parties
- Manage rent arrears and follow up on outstanding payments
- Finalize entry condition reports with detailed comments and observations
- Handle general administrative tasks to support property management operations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in property management systems
Requirements:
- Experience with PropertyMe property management software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and email management
- Previous experience in real estate administration or property management
- Strong attention to detail for lease documentation and tenant communications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple administrative tasks
- Excellent written communication skills for tenant correspondence
- Availability to work Brisbane business hours with flexible scheduling
