You’ll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from social media campaigns to email marketing while being part of an innovative creative services company.

Job Description
You’ll be the creative force behind compelling visual storytelling for both the studio and their luxury clients. This role puts you at the center of multiple brand identities, where you’ll flex your design skills across social media, email campaigns, and marketing materials. You’ll collaborate directly with a passionate photography team to ensure cohesive visual experiences while having the creative freedom to bring different brand aesthetics to life. As the business grows, you’ll have opportunities to expand your role and take on additional marketing responsibilities.

Schedule: 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time (40 hours per week) based on workload and performance
Client Timezone: Central Time (Texas)

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging graphic designs for social media content, email campaigns, and marketing materials
  • Develop visual content for social media platforms including posts and branded assets
  • Design marketing materials that align with various luxury brand aesthetics and guidelines
  • Support client marketing initiatives by creating brand-appropriate visual content
  • Collaborate with the photography team to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints
  • Manage multiple brand identities while maintaining consistency across different client projects
  • Create templates and design systems that streamline content creation processes
  • Adapt designs for different platforms and marketing channels

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for graphic design and photo editing
  • Experience with Canva for quick design creation and template development
  • Strong understanding of brand identity and visual consistency across multiple brands
  • Ability to create engaging social media content that drives engagement
  • Knowledge of Squarespace for website design and content management (bonus if you have experience)
  • Familiarity with MailChimp for email marketing design and campaigns (it helps if you know this)
  • Experience with Dubsado CRM system (nice to have)
  • Working knowledge of Asana for project management and collaboration (bonus if familiar)
  • Experience working with luxury or high-end brands (it helps if you bring this background)
