Job Description
You’ll be the marketing and communication backbone for a fast-growing software company, helping them connect with new audiences and manage customer relationships. This role offers the perfect opportunity to grow alongside a promising startup while developing your skills in social media engagement and customer support. You’ll have direct impact on the company’s expansion as they scale from startup to established business.

Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm, then Saturday 12pm to 5pm. 30 minutes paid break included daily

Responsibilities

  • Post engaging content about software products across Reddit communities using provided accounts
  • Engage authentically with Reddit users to build brand awareness and drive product interest
  • Manage and respond to incoming customer emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Follow brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all communications
  • Maintain regular posting schedules to maximize audience engagement
  • Monitor Reddit community responses and engagement metrics
  • Coordinate with founder on messaging strategy and campaign priorities
  • Support email organization and customer inquiry categorization

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills for email management and social media engagement
  • Experience with Reddit posting and community engagement best practices
  • Ability to maintain consistent brand voice across different platforms
  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
  • Comfortable working during Pacific Time business hours or flexible scheduling
  • Bonus if you have experience with social media marketing or customer support
  • It helps if you’re familiar with software/tech industry terminology

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
