Job Overview

You’ll be the backbone of student success, managing the complete administrative pipeline that gets students into their dream universities. This role combines meaningful behind-the-scenes coordination with direct student interaction, where you’ll make a real impact on people’s educational futures. You’ll work with cutting-edge CRM systems, manage multiple university portals, and be the reliable voice students hear when they need guidance through their academic journey.

Schedule: Full-time Tuesday to Saturday 11am to 7pm 

Client Time zone: UK Time (London)

Responsibilities

  • Submit student applications to university portals using provided login credentials and manage the complete pipeline
  • Process conditional and unconditional offers, book interviews, and coordinate enrollment procedures
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and Google Sheets for hundreds of students
  • Make professional confirmation calls to students regarding interviews, appointments, and next steps
  • Generate weekly reports on student progress, at-risk cases, and priority follow-ups
  • Chase students via WhatsApp and other channels for required documentation and updates
  • Handle customer service inquiries from students with clear, professional English communication
  • Collaborate closely with the UK-based admissions team and follow established workflows
  • Manage multiple university portals simultaneously during high-volume intake periods

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with professional phone manner
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)
  • Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for data management and reporting
  • Experience in higher education admissions will be prioritized
  • Proactive, self-motivated personality with ability to take initiative without micromanagement
  • Comfortable working independently while maintaining attention to detail and follow-through
  • Available to work UK timezone hours (night shift for Philippines-based candidates)
  • Bonus if you have experience with university application systems or student services
