Job Description

You’ll be the operational backbone supporting a creative strategist’s growing business, handling essential communications and content organization that keeps everything running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization and wants to grow alongside an expanding digital marketing operation. You’ll manage brand relationships, organize digital assets, and engage with a vibrant creator community while gaining experience across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to incoming emails and brand communications with professionalism and efficiency
  • Organize and label digital content files (B-roll, A-roll, video assets) for streamlined access and workflow
  • Handle Instagram direct messages and social media engagement to maintain strong community connections
  • Schedule and publish content on Instagram using established scheduling tools and brand guidelines
  • Manage Kajabi community platform, responding to creator questions and escalating complex inquiries appropriately
  • Generate basic engagement reports and KPI tracking from social media platforms
  • Upload and organize website content to support ongoing marketing initiatives
  • Support future platform expansion to YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X as business grows

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Instagram management and social media best practices
  • Excellent written communication skills for professional email and social media interactions
  • Proven organizational abilities for digital file management and content labeling systems
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple administrative tasks efficiently
  • Reliable internet connection and comfortable working remotely
  • Bonus if you have Kajabi platform experience or similar community management tools
  • It helps if you’re familiar with content scheduling platforms and basic social media analytics
