PLAYBOOK DEVELOPMENT
A significant part of this role is building client's internal marketing intelligence — not just executing campaigns, but documenting what works so the team can move faster and smarter over time. Some playbooks are already in draft form; others need to be built from scratch. You will work directly with the founder to develop, test, and refine all four:
Social Media & Content Strategy — Channel-by-channel strategy, content cadence, format guidance, tone and messaging standards, performance benchmarks, and how the two existing social team members plug into the system.
Paid Ads & Media Buying — Campaign architecture templates, budget allocation frameworks, audience targeting strategy, creative brief formats, optimization cadence, and a decision tree for where and when to spend.
SEO / GEO Content — Keyword and topic strategy for traditional search, plus a Generative Engine Optimization framework — how to structure content so Elewa surfaces in AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
Campaign Launch & Promotions — A repeatable go-to-market playbook for service line launches, new vertical pushes, and event amplification — covering pre-launch, launch, and post-campaign phases with built-in measurement checkpoints.
These playbooks are living documents. The expectation is not perfection on day one — it is iteration. You will run campaigns, learn what works for client's specific audience and client base, and build the documentation as evidence accumulates.
