Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Assistant to support payroll processing and reporting activities. The role will assist with maintaining payroll records, verifying payroll data, and supporting payroll reporting processes to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time.
In addition to general payroll support, this position will assist with reporting equity-related transactions in Workday, ensuring accurate documentation and alignment with payroll records.
The ideal candidate is organized, highly accurate, and comfortable working with payroll systems and confidential financial data. Needs to prepare the equity reporting on daily basis and have them ready for daily meetings that are held at 11am Mountain Time, USA.

Schedule
- 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, Fulltime 40 hours per week - needs to align to nightshift Mountain Time USA, and be ready to attend daily meetings that are held at 11am Mountain Time.

Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and processing payroll on a regular schedule (weekly, biweekly, or monthly).
- Assist in preparing and processing equity transactions on an a daily basis
- Collect, review, and maintain payroll data including hours worked, bonuses, deductions, and adjustments.
- Support the reporting and recording of equity-related payroll transactions in Workday together with review payroll reports for accuracy prior to final submission.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records and payroll documentation and assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving payroll-related inquiries.
- Support tracking of employee attendance, leave balances, and overtime and generate payroll summaries and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure payroll data and documentation are organized and stored securely.
- Collaborate with HR, finance, and payroll teams to ensure payroll data accuracy.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in payroll administration, accounting support, or HR/payroll coordination.
- Experience working with Workday Payroll and OSV Payroll processing
- Experience with payroll processing and reporting.
- Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to handle sensitive financial and employee data with confidentiality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Direct experience supporting equity compensation or equity-related payroll reporting.
- Experience supporting payroll for international or distributed teams.
- Background in accounting, finance, HR, or business administration.
- Familiarity with time-tracking systems and HRIS integrations.
