Job Overview
Our client is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative focused on lead management and appointment setting. In this role, you will nurture prospects through multiple channels and convert them into sales-qualified leads. You will be responsible for managing CRM systems, conducting cold outreach via phone and LinkedIn, and qualifying inbound leads. This is a critical supporting sales function where your primary goal is to warm up cold leads and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team to close.

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Lead Nurturing: Manage and nurture leads within the CRM system across multiple communication channels.
- Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calling and outbound activities to engage new prospects.
- LinkedIn Social Selling: Perform LinkedIn outreach to establish connections and build professional relationships.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule sales-qualified appointments based on established lead qualification criteria.
- Inbound Management: Follow up with inbound leads generated through existing marketing and lead generation systems.
- CRM Integrity: Maintain accurate, real-time records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity.
- Activity Targets: Consistently meet daily and weekly targets for calls, connections, and appointments.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or appointment-setting roles.
- Outreach Skills: Hands-on experience with cold calling and outbound outreach via phone and email.
- Systems Proficiency: Proficiency with CRM platforms and lead management systems.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with minimal grammatical errors.
- Global Exposure: Experience working with clients or companies based in the United States, United Kingdom, or Australia.
- Availability: Ability to work full-time during Pacific Standard Time business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and multi-channel engagement tactics is highly preferred.
- Background in B2B sales or technology services industries (MSP experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with management consulting environments.
- Ability to use multi-threading strategies to reach multiple stakeholders.
