Job Description
You’ll be the driving force behind business development, connecting with builders and contractors throughout Arizona to generate new opportunities. This role puts you at the center of revenue generation, where your outreach efforts directly translate to company growth. You’ll work with established prospect lists and proven processes, while having the autonomy to refine and optimize your approach for maximum results.


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm Mountain with a 30-minute paid break

Responsibilities

  • Conduct targeted cold calls to builders and contractors using provided prospect lists
  • Research and gather comprehensive contact information including websites, emails, and phone numbers
  • Verify contractor licenses and ensure prospects meet company qualification criteria
  • Execute email outreach campaigns using established company email systems
  • Maintain detailed prospect databases with interaction notes and follow-up schedules
  • Prepare proposals for review and submission to qualified prospects
  • Support invoicing and billing processes to ensure accurate client records
  • Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and drive conversions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B cold calling and outreach activities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for phone and email interactions
  • Ability to research and verify business information accurately
  • Experience working with construction, contracting, or related industries is a bonus
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet performance targets
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation and bonus structures
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and prospect management tools helps
