You’ll be the driving force behind building a robust sales pipeline that connects healthcare professionals with game-changing technology. Client Overview:

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline targeting healthcare organizations and private practices
  • Generate qualified leads through strategic outbound prospecting activities
  • Make initial contact with healthcare prospects and nurture relationships through the sales cycle
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and identify high-value opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings and appointments to pass to the senior sales team
  • Conduct follow-up communications to maintain prospect engagement and momentum
  • Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems
  • Collaborate directly with company leadership on strategy and qualified opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales development, telemarketing, or outbound sales roles
  • Strong track record of booking qualified meetings with owner-operators and administrators in gatekeeper-heavy environments
  • Experience making outbound calls to offices daily and working through front desk gatekeepers
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to connect with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable with outbound calling, prospecting, and rejection as part of the process
  • Results-driven mindset with the ability to work toward performance-based incentives
  • Bonus if you have experience selling to healthcare organizations or medical practices
  • It helps if you understand the unique dynamics of reaching healthcare decision-makers
