Job Description:

You’ll be the friendly, professional voice that connects clients with premium beauty treatments, playing a crucial role in their customer journey from first inquiry to booked appointment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing beauty business where your communication skills will directly impact customer satisfaction and business growth. You’ll manage multi-channel customer interactions while helping clients discover the perfect treatments for their needs.

Client Overview:

A thriving beauty salon in Singapore that’s experiencing rapid growth and expanding its digital presence across social media platforms. They value exceptional customer experience and are scaling their operations to meet increasing demand. The business has a strong referral network and is committed to providing premium beauty treatments and services.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 12:00 to 4:00 pm (Singapore time, 20 hours per week)

Independent Contractor Perks:

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries across Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
  • Provide detailed, accurate information about beauty treatments and services offered
  • Assist customers with appointment bookings using integrated booking calendar systems
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain ongoing engagement
  • Handle back-office operational tasks and general receptionist duties
  • Maintain professional, friendly communication across all digital platforms
  • Support business growth by converting inquiries into booked appointments

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Experience with social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp
  • Customer service experience, bonus if in beauty, wellness, or hospitality industries
  • Familiarity with appointment booking systems and calendar management
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
  • It helps if you have experience in the beauty or wellness industry
  • Bonus if you’re comfortable working Singapore business hours for optimal timezone alignment

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
