Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lead Qualification and Marketing Support Specialist to manage leads, assist with marketing campaigns, and support billing processes for an accounting and finance technology startup. This part-time role has strong potential to transition to full-time and may evolve into a sales closing position as the business grows.

A one-year-old startup helping short-term rental property managers manage accounting and finances more effectively. The company is growing rapidly with ambitious expansion plans.

Schedule

  • Part-time, 20 hours per week
  • Flexible during client business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads: enter into CRM, maintain data accuracy, and keep database clean
  • Conduct initial lead qualification assessments and schedule meetings for sales team
  • Perform outbound outreach: follow-up calls, email marketing campaigns
  • Monitor email automation performance and recommend improvements
  • Assist with monthly invoicing and billing accuracy

Requirements

  • Excellent English proficiency (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work proactively with minimal supervision
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Comfortable making phone calls to prospects

Qualifications

  • Experience marketing or selling to short-term rental property managers (preferred)
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts or trust accounting (preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
