Job Description
You’ll play a crucial role in maximizing appointment conversion rates and ensuring no potential client falls through the cracks. This isn’t just about making calls—you’ll be the bridge between interested prospects and the mortgage advice they need. With call volumes expected to grow from 20-30 daily to 100-200+ as the business scales, you’ll have front-row seats to rapid expansion while building valuable skills in lead conversion and appointment management.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 10am to 7pm UK with an hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Contact prospects who completed detailed mortgage application forms but haven’t booked appointments to convert them into scheduled meetings
- Follow up on no-show appointments to verify non-attendance and prevent broker credit abuse
- Reschedule legitimate missed appointments back into broker diaries to maximize conversion rates
- Maintain accurate records of all call outcomes and appointment statuses
- Handle rejection professionally while maintaining enthusiasm for lead conversion
- Work with CRM systems and appointment scheduling platforms
- Provide feedback on lead quality and conversion patterns to optimize the process
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills with clear pronunciation (mortgage industry terminology important)
- Previous outbound calling experience, preferably in lead generation or appointment setting
- Comfortable handling rejection and maintaining professional demeanor throughout calls
- Ability to work UK business hours with flexible scheduling
- Experience with CRM systems and appointment scheduling tools is a bonus
- It helps if you have familiarity with financial services or mortgage terminology
