Schedule:

40 hours per weekMonday - Friday 8:30 am -4:30 pm AMER timezone EST (flexibility on choosing working hours is available once the agent is confident in work processes and can work independently)

Scope:

Provide front end client support via email for technical, procedural, and pay concerns

Respond promptly and provide helpful support to clients through Zendesk

Resolve issues related to payroll and invoices with the help of cross functional teams
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Intro level of payroll or finanace experience / knows how to read an invoice and a payslip and do basic calculations
- Familiarity with Zendesk or ticketing software

- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and orally
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Good organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

- Ability to interact professionally with our customers
A flexible and proactive attitude - Ability to work well under pressure
- A reliable home internet connection (or be able to get one)
- Fluent English language skills
Key performance metrics:
- 6+ resolved emails per day
- 87% CSAT
- 67% of tickets solved within 72 hours

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
