Job Overview
You’ll play a crucial role in driving business growth for a respected construction company that’s ready to scale beyond traditional lead sources. This role focuses on B2B lead generation and appointment setting, targeting higher-value construction projects ($50,000+). You’ll identify, engage, and qualify prospects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors while helping the company expand into new markets.

Client Overview
Join a well-established construction company with 30 years of experience delivering residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The company handles everything from major home renovations to office buildings and development projects, and is now expanding to secure higher-value contracts.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day (20 hours per week)
  • Mountain Time (Alberta, Canada)
  • Potential to scale to full-time based on performance

Responsibilities

  • Generate qualified leads for construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors
  • Research and identify potential clients for major renovations, new construction, and development projects
  • Conduct outbound calls to introduce company services and capabilities
  • Set appointments and meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
  • Maintain accurate lead databases and track interactions
  • Focus on high-value projects in the $50,000–$75,000+ range
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the pipeline
  • Explore alternative lead sources beyond traditional construction platforms

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in phone-based outreach
  • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, or sales development
  • Comfortable making cold calls and handling initial objections/questions
  • Basic understanding of construction industry terminology and project types
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales or construction/home improvement industry (preferred)
