Job Description:
You’ll be the operational backbone for a growing franchise business, handling the administrative tasks that keep everything running smoothly while the on-site team focuses on their core responsibilities. This role offers the perfect blend of day-to-day operational support and strategic involvement in a fast-paced retail environment. As the business expands into new ventures, you’ll grow with it, potentially taking on additional responsibilities and transitioning to full-time support.

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage employee schedules for franchise operations
- Track inventory levels and coordinate supply management
- Handle purchasing responsibilities as the role develops
- Maintain regular communication with team members to provide assistance and support
- Send reminders to staff about work requests and administrative requirements
- Support various administrative tasks and operational needs as they arise
- Assist with business operations across multiple ventures as the client expands their portfolio
- Help establish systems and processes that will scale across future business acquisitions
Requirements:
- Experience with employee scheduling systems and workforce management
- Strong organizational skills for inventory tracking and management
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and support
- Administrative experience with task management and follow-up processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
- Bonus if you have experience supporting franchise or retail operations
